The Permian Basin Obedience Training Club of Texas, Inc. was formed in the fall of 1988, in Midland, TX by a small group of dog enthusiasts wanting to improve the quality of dog training in the Permian Basin. The goal of this club has been to provide quality obedience instruction and promote the sport of dog training and encourage responsible dog ownership. |
